1. Before You Register

1.1 Make sure you have completed the following:

  • A valid PrintFactory activation code: This code is usually provided by your LINKO sales representative. It is essential for activating and using the software.
  • Your computer is connected to the internet and can access websites like Google.
  • Your computer has Edge or Google Chrome browser installed (Google Chrome is strongly recommended).
  • Use a frequently used email address to register your PrintFactory account. This will help you recover your account or password if needed.

2. Registration Steps

2.1 Open the Browser

Find the Google Chrome icon (or another browser you prefer) on your computer desktop. Double-click to open it.

2.2 Enter the PrintFactory Official Website Address

In the browser’s address bar, enter:https://app.printfactory.cloud/register

Then press Enter on your keyboard to go to the PrintFactory website.

2.3 Find and Copy the Activation Code

From the License Voucher document provided by your sales representative, locate the code next to “Voucher Code”. This code is a combination of letters and numbers. Copy it — this is your activation code.

2.4 Enter the Activation Code

Paste the copied PrintFactory activation code into the “Activation code” field on the webpage. Then click “Get”.

2.5 Register Your Account

In the “New Company” section, fill in the required information step by step. After completing, click “Register”.

Note: The Email field is very important! Please double-check that it is correct. Your account information and password will be sent to this email. An incorrect email address will prevent you from receiving your login details.

2.6 Go to the Login Page

After registration, the page will redirect. Click “Log in” to go to the PrintFactory login page.

2.7 Check Your Email for the Confirmation Message

Log in to the email address you just used. Look for an email with the subject: “PrintFactory”. Open it.
Note: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

2.8 Keep Your Login Information Secure

In this email, you will find your “User name” and “Password”. Please keep this information safe and do not share it with others.

2.9 Log In to Your PrintFactory Account

Return to the PrintFactory login page. Enter the username and password from the email. Click “Sign in” to log in.

2.10 Registration Complete

If the username and password are correct, you will successfully log in to your PrintFactory account. Finally, close the current registration/login page.
