We ship worldwide from China. Shipping times, costs, and carriers vary depending on location and order. Delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for any delays or losses after the goods have been delivered to the carrier. You are responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and complying with local laws.

6. Warranty and Returns

Core components (e.g., mainboard, printhead in some cases) are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, under normal use conditions. Consumables (ink, film, powder) are not covered by warranty and are non-returnable. We only accept returns of defective products within 30 days of receipt and with prior approval. Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom/OEM orders or used consumables are not eligible for refunds. Full warranty details are available upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, logos, software, trademarks) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
