UV DTF Printers

A UV DTF printer prints white, CMYK and varnish onto A/B film and cures the ink with UV light. The result is a crystal sticker or cup wrap that is pressed onto glass, metal, acrylic, plastic or wood by hand, with no heat press. LINKO UV DTF printers come in 12, 16.5 and 24 inch print widths with Epson XP600, i1600 or i3200 heads.

How a UV DTF Printer Works

  1. The printer prints glue, white, CMYK and varnish layers on A film.
  2. UV lamps cure each layer during printing.
  3. The laminating unit covers the print with B film.
  4. Cut the sticker, peel off the B film, press it onto the surface and remove the A film.

Advantages of UV DTF Transfer Printer

  1. UV printed crystal labels are resistant to water, alkali, abrasion, tearing, corrosion and sunlight. Its excellent performance and 3D appearance not only improve the quality of products, but also outperform waterproof, coated and aluminized paper labels.
  2. Crystal labels require no minimum order quantity, with just one printing process and no need for plates or waste removal. They easily adhere to curved surfaces, cylinders, or flat planes, significantly reducing customization costs.
  3. UV DTF transfer stickers have a remarkably wide range of applications, encompassing household goods, tourism, leisure, office supplies, education, electronics, toys, gifts, and more.
  4. UV DTF printing excels with roll materials, offering greater efficiency than UV flatbed machines for producing crystal labels.

How to Choose a UV DTF Printer

  • Print width: 12, 16.5 or 24 Inch. It sets the widest sticker or cup wrap layout per row.
  • Print heads: XP600 heads cost less to replace; i1600 and i3200 heads print faster. Head count sets the colors and speed.
  • Print solutions: all models print standard A/B film. Transparent double-sided A/B film, selective foiling A/B film and selective foiling adhesive print run on UDT-504. Adhesive print without film runs on UDT-504 and DA-604. See UV DTF solutions.
  • Laminating: all listed models laminate B film in the machine; electric laminating needs less manual work than manual laminating.
