UV 3D Patch Printers for Raised Patches and Decals
A UV 3D patch printer builds raised, multi-layer patches and decals by printing white, CMYK and varnish layers in one pass. The patch is printed on TPU film and heat pressed onto the product.
How UV 3D Patch Printing Works
- Print the patch on TPU film: white, CMYK and varnish layers, UV cured during printing.
- Place the printed patch on the product.
- Heat press the patch onto the product.
