LINKO Carriage Board Adapter Card Replacement Guide
Applicable Model: LINKO A602Y402 UV DTF Printer
Step 1. Preparation Before Starting
1.1 Activate the emergency stop switch: Press the emergency stop switch to stop the printer. (See Figure 1.1)
1.2 Power Off Safely: Turn off and unplug the main power. This prevents electric shock or pump damage.
1.3 Tip: Use your phone to take a clear photo of the original adapter card and cable layout. This helps ensure correct reinstallation.
Step 2. Remove the Old Adapter Card
2.1 Disconnect Printhead Cables: Unplug all printhead cables carefully.
Warning: Before unplugging, record or photograph each cable position.
Wrong cable connections can damage the adapter card or the printhead.
2.2 Hold the card firmly. Pull it vertically and evenly from the slot.(See Figure 2.2-1)。
Step 3. Install the New Adapter Card
3.1 Insert the New Card: Align it with the slot and push it vertically until fully seated.
3.2 Insert the ribbon cables into the correct connectors on the new adapter card.
Warning: Always refer to the original photos in Figure 2.1-1 and 2.1-2 to ensure each cable is inserted into the correct connector.
A wrong connection may damage the adapter card or the printhead.
Tip: After installation, take a clear photo. Send it to the LINKO Technical Support Team for confirmation before turning on the power.
Step 4. Power-On Check
4.1 Plug in the power cable and switch on the main power. (See Figure 1.2)
4.2 Release the Emergency Stop: Rotate the button clockwise to restore power. (See Figure 4.2)
4.3 Wait for printer initialization.
Check if the carriage moves normally and no error lights appear.
