LINKO Motherboard Replacement and Wiring Guide

Applicable Model: LINKO K605BA602KM-602BY603Y402 UV DTF Printer

Step 1. Preparation Before Starting

1.1 Activate the emergency stop switch: Press the emergency stop switch to stop the printer (See Figure 1.1).

1.1 Turn off the power switch: Release the power switch to cut off the machine circuit. (See Figure 1.1)

1.2 Safety Warning: Always turn off the power and unplug the power cable before any operation.

Failure to do so may cause electric shock or permanent damage to the mainboard.

1.3 Tip: Use your phone to take clear photos of the original mainboard wiring. These photos will help you reconnect the cables correctly later.

Step 2. Remove the Old Mainboard

2.2 Disconnect Cables: Unplug cables ①–⑩①–⑨①–⑬①–⑨ one by one (See Figure 2.1-1).

2.3 Remove X/Y Axis Signal Screws: Unscrew the connectors for ⑪–⑫ (See Figure 2.3).

2.3 Remove Mainboard Screws: Unscrew the four mainboard corner screws. (See Figure 2.3)

2.3 Remove Mainboard Screws and cable ⑩ : Unscrew the four mainboard corner screws,and unplug the cable secured by the screw at the lower-right corner. (See Figure 2.3)

2.4 Unplug cables ⑪-⑬one by one, remove the old Mainboard and store in an anti-static bag. (See Figure 2.1-1/2.4)

2.4 Remove the old main board, and place it in an anti-static bag for storage. (See Figure 2.4-1/2.4-2)

2.4 Unplug cables ⑩-⑫ one by one, remove the old Mainboard and store in an anti-static bag. (See Figure 2.1-1/2.4)

2.4 Remove Mainboard Screws: Unscrew the four mainboard corner screws (See Figure 2.4).

2.5 Remove the Old Mainboard: Unplug the USB cable (See Figure 2.5-1) and store the old mainboard in an anti-static bag (See Figure 2.5-2).

2.3 Remove Mainboard Screws and cable ⑪: Unscrew the four mainboard corner screws, and unplug the cable secured by the screw at the lower-right corner. (See Figure 2.3)

2.4 Unplug cables ⑫, remove the old Mainboard, and store it in an anti-static bag. (See Figure 2.1-1/2.4)
