⚠WARNING

Please follow the instructions:

Media Feeding Direction

Media Feeding Direction

Auto Mode

Auto mode will only activate when all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The oven temperature has reached the preset value.
  2. The powder weight is above 50. If the value drops below 30, the machine will automatically pause feeding.
  3. The front media sensor has detected the DTF film.

Link Mode

Link mode will only activate when both of the following conditions are met:

  1. The printer has completed the last print job, and the film/media has been cut from the printer.
  2. The machine has been running in Auto Mode with the paper collection function for at least one minute.

After baking in Link Mode, wait for auto shutdown or manually shut down after 15 minutes.

This allows time for residual smoke and oil to be extracted and lets the powder fully return to the upper powder hopper.

After Use

1. Keep the Heat function ON for at least 15 minutes before shutting down the machine.

This helps remove residual moisture and smoke from the oven, and prevents powder buildup and clogging in the powder return system — especially in the top return pipe and upper powder hopper.

If moisture remains inside, it can cause the powder to clump, leading to blockages, unstable powder return, and even damage to the powder return motor.

2. At the end of each workday, before powering off the machine, please do one of the following:

  • Run Link Mode;
  • Or manually activate the powder shaking function.

This ensures that all remaining powder inside the machine is returned to the upper powder hopper.

3. Important:
Wait until you see that no more powder is falling from the top return pipe into the powder box.

This means the powder return is complete.

Only then should you shut down the machine.

4. Once a week, open the top oven cover and clean the inner surfaces using a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner.

Focus on removing excess oil residue, which can build up over time due to heating.

Regular cleaning helps maintain stable heating performance and prolongs the life of the machine.
