Flexi (PP) ICC Profile Import Guide
Easy-to-follow instructions for importing color profiles into Flexi (PP)

1. Preparation Before Importing the ICC Profile
1.1 Prepare the ICC file
- Save the ICC profile file (color curve) to your desktop or a clearly named folder.
- This file will be provided in advance by your LINKO sales representative or engineer before machine installation.
- It is specifically matched to your printer model, ink, and media.
1.2 Make sure the file matches your configuration
- Only use the ICC profile that matches your printer’s setup.
- Importing an incorrect profile may result in color deviations during printing.
1.3 What is an ICC profile?
- An ICC profile is a “color instruction manual” that allows different devices to communicate color in a consistent way.
- It ensures that what you see on screen closely matches your final printed result.
2.2 Open the printer job settings
In the main Flexi interface, double-click “LINKO-HS-EP” to open the printer’s detailed settings.

2.3 Access the color management panel
- In the Default Job Properties window:
- Click the Color Management icon (red box)
- Then click the “Add…” button on the right (red arrow) to prepare for importing the ICC profile.

2.4 Select and import the ICC file
- In the file selection window, find the .icc or .icm file you saved earlier
- Select the file and click “Open”

2.5 Confirm the ICC profile was imported
- If the import is successful, you will see the ICC file appear in the color profile list (red arrow).
- This means the ICC profile has been successfully imported into Flexi (PP).
