Workflow:
✅Step 1: Creating a spot color channel for partial hot stamping in Photoshop (Partial hot stamping or hot stamping of the entire pattern)
✅ Step 2: Get a Non-Adhesive Printing Release Film (A Film)
✅ Step 3: Print on Non-Adhesive Printing Release Film (A Film)
- First print glue
- Then print CMYK and white ink layers.Finally, print the varnish layer (Print Foil stamping varnish on the areas intended for foil, and print standard varnish on the rest)
✅ Step 4: Apply the Foil Laminating Film(D Film)
- Apply Foil Laminating Film(D Film) over the varnish-printed areas
✅ Step 5: Laminate with Self-Adhesive Transfer Film (B Film) (Do not heat during lamination to prevent the glue from curing)
✅ Step 6: Tear off the Non-Adhesive Printing Release Film (A Film)
✅ Step 7: Stick on the object
✅ Step 8: Tear off the Self-Adhesive Transfer Film (B Film)
