This issue is typically caused by uncalibrated bi-directional printing. Use the “Bidirect Adjust” function to correct it.
Goal: Fix Horizontal Ghosting or blurred double edges in printed image so they are perfectly aligned left-to-right.

✅ Correct: The printed image is sharp, with perfect left-right alignment.

4.2 Adjust Film Position
Purpose: Confirm that the DTF film is installed parallel to the printing direction.

Click the “Lift” button to lift the pinch roller, move and adjust the position of the film.

With the pinch roller lifted, gently pull the middle of the film downward by about 1–2 cm to adjust its position. Then, check whether the front and rear scale values are aligned. If they are not the same, continue adjusting until both values are exactly equal.
