PrintFactory Software Language Settings
1. Function Overview
PrintFactory (PF) software supports a multi-language user interface.
Users can freely switch the software display language according to their preferences.
This language setting only affects the software interface display.
It does not affect printing parameters, color profiles, print jobs, or device configuration.
2. Supported Languages
Currently, PF software supports 20 interface languages, including:
English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Dutch, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Thai, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Indonesian, Malay, Hebrew, and Zulu.
3.2 Open the Language Settings Page
- In the main interface, click the “Edit” menu in the upper-right corner
(See Figure 3.2-1). - From the drop-down menu, select “Preferences.”
(See Figure 3.2-2).
3.3 Select the Target Language and Save
- In the “Preferences” window, locate the “Language” option
(See Figure 3.3-1). - Select the desired language from the drop-down list.
- Click “OK” to save the settings (See Figure 3.3-2).

- Click “OK” to save the settings (See Figure 3.3-2).
3.4 Restart Software to Apply the Language
Close the PF software and restart it.
After restarting, the new interface language will take effect automatically
(See Figure 3.4).
4. Notes
- If the language change does not take effect, please confirm that the software has been fully restarted.
- Make sure the “OK” button was clicked to save the settings in the Preferences window.
