K60 Series|24V Power Supply Inspection & Replacement Guide

Applicable Models: LINKO K60 Series DTF Printers

1. Power Module Overview:

Multiple power modules are used inside the printer to supply different voltages for different systems.

24V Power Supply (24V Power Supply Unit)
Provides DC 24V for:

  • White ink circulation pump
  • White ink stirring motor

Other Power Modules
36V Power Supply: Drives the X/Y motors and motor drivers
Main Power Module: Supplies multi-output DC voltages (42V / 36V / 24V) to the mainboard, carriage board, vacuum bed, cooling fans, display screen, and auto lifting bar.

Category No. Interface ID Description
AC Input (External Power → 24V Power Supply) Ground (G) Grounding / Safety protection
Neutral (N) AC-N1 AC return path
Live (L) AC-L1 AC input
DC Output (24V Power Supply → Pump/Stirring Motor) 24V Positive Output to circulation pump / stirring motor (+)
24V Negative Output to circulation pump / stirring motor (–)

3. Troubleshooting Procedure (IMPORTANT: Test AC First → Then DC)

⚠ Important Notice
If there is no AC input on terminals ①–②, the DC output on terminals ④–⑤ will always show 0V.

This is normal and does not mean the 24V power supply is faulty.
Always test the AC input first, then test the DC output.

3.1 Safety Warning

  • The printer must be powered ON when measuring voltage
  • Power must be OFF when replacing the power supply
  • Wear insulated gloves and avoid touching exposed circuits

3.2 Check AC Input (①–②)

Multimeter mode: ACV 600V
Test points:

  • Black probe → ② (AC-N1)
  • Red probe → ① (AC-L1)

Normal: AC 200–240V
→ AC input is OK. Proceed to DC output testing.

Abnormal: 0V or unstable voltage
→ Not a power supply failure. Please check:

  • Main power switch OFF
  • Emergency stop not released
  • The wall socket has no power
  • Loose AC wiring
  • Terminal oxidation
  • Cable damage

3.3 Check DC Output (④–⑤)

Multimeter mode: DCV 200V
Test points:

  • Red probe → ⑤ (24V +)
  • Black probe → ④ (24V –)

3.3.1 DC Output Test Results & Judgment

DC Output Result Status Action
22–25V (±10%) (pump/stirring motor has normal input voltage) ✅ 24V power supply output is normal No replacement needed
22–25V (±10%) but pump/stirring motor not working ✅ Power supply is normal → issue is not here Check pump/motor input voltage
0V or very low (AC input confirmed normal) ❌ Internal failure of the 24V power supply Replace the 24V power supply

3.3.2 Further Test on Pump/Stirring Motor Input Voltage

Input Voltage Judgment Action
0.0V Voltage not delivered to pump/stirring motor → wiring broken / terminal oxidation Check or replace wiring
22–25V (±10%) but pump/motor not working Pump or stirring motor failure Replace circulation pump or stirring motor

4. Replacing the 24V Power Supply

4.1 Turn Off the Printer

  • Press the emergency stop
  • Turn OFF the main power switch
  • Unplug the power cable

4.2 Remove the Old Power Supply

4.2.1 Disconnect Wiring

  • Loosen terminals ①–⑤ in order
  • Remove each wire one by one
  • Take clear photos of the wiring for reinstallation

4.2.2 Remove Mounting Screws

  • Remove screw ①
  • Loosen the locating screw ②
  • Take out the old power supply

4.3 Install the New Power Supply

4.3.1 Confirm Model Match
Ensure the new power supply matches the original (voltage, power, connector type).

4.3.2 Mounting Installation
Align the mounting holes → Hang onto the locating slot → Tighten all screws.

4.3.3 Wiring

  • Follow the wiring diagram (Figure 2)
  • Insert each wire fully into the terminal
  • Ensure direction is correct and no loose connections
  • Tighten terminal screws securely

5. Power-On Verification

5.1 Re-check Wiring: Ensure all cables are firmly connected and not reversed.

5.2 Plug in the power cable → Turn on the main power switch(See Figure 3.1)

5.3 Turn the emergency stop clockwise to restore power (See Figure 5.3)

5.4 Final Status Check

After completing all wiring and turning on the device, please follow these steps to verify that the power supply box is working properly:

  • Check the indicator lights on the power supply box.
  • Use a voltmeter to measure the voltage at the 24V output terminal again.

Normal Operation

  • Indicator light is ON
  • DC output: 22–25V

Abnormal Operation

  • Indicator light OFF or blinking
  • DC voltage 0.0V

→ Re-check wiring or replace the power supply.
