Firmware Export and Import Guide

This guide explains how to export and import firmware files in the PrintExp printer control software.

There are two types of firmware files:

  • Basic firmware configuration (.bsfx)
  • Advanced firmware parameters (.xtfx)

To fully restore the machine functions and print quality, both files must be exported or imported.

Note:
The firmware file name can use only English letters(A–Z, a–z), numbers(0–9), Space(),hyphens (-), or underscores (_).

Do not use Chinese characters or any other special symbols. Otherwise, the import may fail.
