LINKO K60 Series Control Panel Operation Guide
Applicable Model: LINKO K60 Series DTF Printer
1. Control Panel Overview
The control panel of the LINKO K60 Series is used for the following daily operations:
- Print job control
- Nozzle testing and cleaning
- Manual movement of the film and the carriage
- Heating and platform control
- Ink shortage status indication
This guide is intended for daily operation only.
Advanced parameters and calibration settings are not included.
2. Common Buttons (Sorted by Usage Frequency)
2.1 Cancel: Cancel Printing
- Stops the current print job immediately
- Used when the print content is incorrect or an urgent stop is required
Note:
After cancellation, the print job cannot be resumed and must be sent again.
2.2 Pause: Pause / Resume Printing
- Pauses the current print job during printing
- Press again to resume printing
Typical use cases:
- The film is almost finished
- Temporary inspection of print results
- Minor abnormal conditions requiring a short stop
2.3 Test: Nozzle Test Print
- Prints a nozzle test pattern to check ink output
Recommended usage:
- Before the first print after power-on
- When missing lines or ink breaks appear
- Before and after printhead cleaning for comparison
2.4 Clean: Printhead Cleaning
- Runs the printhead cleaning process
- Used to solve light ink breaks or minor nozzle clogging
Important:
- Do not perform cleaning repeatedly in a short time
- Excessive cleaning wastes ink and increases printhead load
- Recommendation: Test first → Clean only if necessary
3. Movement Control Buttons (Use with Caution)
3.1 Left / Right: Carriage Movement
- Manually moves the carriage left or right
- Mainly used for maintenance, inspection, or calibration
Safety notes:
- Keep your hands and head away from the carriage while moving
- Ensure the DTF film is flat, and the print platform is free of objects
- Avoid collisions that may damage the printhead
3.2 Front / Back: Film Movement
- Front: Moves the film backward (film output direction)
- Back: Moves the film forward (film feeding direction)
Commonly used for alignment, inspection, or maintenance.
3.3 Origin:X Origin Setting (Use with Caution)
Sets the current carriage position as the print start point
Important:
- Used only for print start position calibration
- Beginners should not operate this function freely
- Incorrect operation may cause an overall print position shift

3.4 Enter: Confirm / Return to Origin
- Function 1: Returns the carriage to the home position
- Function 2: Confirms a menu selection or executes an action
3.5 Menu: System Menu
- Enters the printer system settings
- Includes: Nozzle Check, Print Setting, Head Cleaning, Moisturizing, Auto Cleaning, Aging Test, About (Version), etc.
Non-routine functions are recommended to be used only under technical guidance.
3.6 Quality
- This function is not enabled on this model
- Can be ignored
4. Temperature & Platform Control
4.1 Heating Zones
- F: Front heating (front area of the print platform) — Always ON, 45–50 °C
- H: Printhead base heating (printhead area) — Always ON, 35 °C
- M: Middle heating (middle area of the platform) — 25 °C or OFF
- R: Rear heating (rear area of the platform) — 25 °C or OFF
Notes:
- M / R zones are optional and can be adjusted as needed or based on technician advice
- No frequent temperature adjustment is required during daily printing
Click the corresponding zone to set the temperature.
4.2 Lift / Down: Pinch Roller Control
- Raises or lowers the pinch rollers
- Used when loading or adjusting the film
4.3 Suction Platform: Vacuum Platform Switch
- Controls the vacuum function of the print platform
- Normally kept ON during printing
4.4 Temperature Unit:℃ / ℉
- Switches the temperature display unit between Celsius (℃) and Fahrenheit (℉)
5. Ink Shortage Alarm
Ink Indicators:
- K(Black)
- C(Cyan)
- M(Magenta)
- Y(Yellow)
- W(White)
- Lc(Light Cyan)
- Lm(Light Magenta)
- WA(Moisture)
Status description:
- Icon flashing: Ink level is below approximately 1/3
- Icon solid: Ink level is below 1/3 and considered low
Action required:
- Pause printing when an ink shortage is indicated
- Refill the corresponding ink promptly
- Prevent air from entering the ink system to avoid printhead issues
