What is the Grey Scale?
The Grey Scale is a globally accepted standard for assessing colour change and staining after washing, rubbing, sunlight exposure, or perspiration.
It helps evaluate both colour durability on the fabric itself and colour transfer to other fabrics.

How to Transfer DTF?
- Design and print patterns on DTF PET film.
- Wear gloves evenly cover the DTF adhesive powder on the printed surface, and shake off the excess powder.
- The preheating temperature is controlled at 110-130°C.
- Hot pressing temperature is maintained at 120-160°C. Place the processed transfer sheet on the fabric surface and press for 8-15 seconds.
- Cold peeling or hot peeling can be selected.
DTF Powder Usage Instructions
- Professional commercial environment operation, equipped with a complete ventilation system and fume extraction device.
- The ambient temperature is maintained at 23-27°C and the humidity is controlled at 55-75%.
- Protective clothing, N95 protective mask, protective glasses, and chemical-resistant gloves must be worn during operation.
- Stay away from the printing equipment. It prevents powder from contacting the platen and entering the ventilation system.
- It is strictly forbidden to inhale or contact TPU powder and curing fumes to avoid health hazards.
- Prevent powder from entering the printer system, otherwise it may cause equipment damage not covered by the warranty.
- Wash hands thoroughly with soapy water after operation and clean all surfaces that have come into contact with powder.
- Use sealed containers for storage in a cool, dry and ventilated place away from moisture and fire.
