What is the Grey Scale?
The Grey Scale is a globally accepted standard for assessing colour change and staining after washing, rubbing, sunlight exposure, or perspiration.

How to Perform DTF Transfer?
- Load the DTF PET film into the printer and print the design pattern with special ink.
- Sprinkle DTF hot melt powder evenly on the undried printing surface and shake it gently to remove excess powder.
- Use an oven or hot press to melt the DTF powder at a temperature of 110-130°C for 2-5 minutes.
- Place the transfer film on the fabric surface and press at 120-160°C for 8-15 seconds.
- Tear off the film or transfer the finished product.
WARNING
- It must be operated in a well-ventilated area with a professional fume extraction system.
- Full protective equipment must be worn during operation, including protective clothing, N95 masks, goggles, and protection.
- The temperature in the working area is maintained at 23-27°C and the relative humidity is maintained between 55%-75%.
- After the operation, hands must be washed with soap and all work surfaces must be cleaned.
- Store the powder in a sealed, cool, and dry place away from fire and moisture.
