DTF Transfer Powder Safe Operation Guide
- Use DTF printing equipment to print the design pattern on the PET transfer film.
- Evenly sprinkle white hot melt powder on the printed pattern. Then, shake it gently to remove excess powder.
- Set the heat press to 110-130℃. Then, heat activates the transfer film coated with powder.
- Raise the temperature of the heat press to 120-160℃ and place the treated transfer film flat on the target fabric and press for 8-15 seconds.
- Choose cold peeling or hot peeling to remove the PET film according to the situation.
WARNING
- Safe operation of DTF powder needs to be carried out in a professional commercial environment, not a residential place.
- The work space must have a complete ventilation system and professional smoke extractors. They must discharge harmful gases in time.
- When operating, operators must be fully armed. You must wear professional protective clothing, N95 or higher masks, protective glasses, and chemical-resistant gloves.
- Store powders in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Use sealed containers. Keep them away from humid areas and any fire sources.
- After each operation, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water. Also, clean all surfaces in the work area that may contact the powder. This is to ensure no residue is left.
