Customizable TPU DTF Powder | Custom Black and White DTF Powder

1. Use a professional DTF printer and special ink to print the design pattern on the PET film.
2. Sprinkle the hot melt adhesive powder evenly on the surface of the printed film, and shake it gently to remove the excess powder.
3. Put the film coated with powder into the heat press, and control the temperature between 110-130°C for heat activation.
4. Place the treated film on the transfer fabric surface, and press at 120-160°C for 8-15 seconds.
5. Choose cold peeling or hot peeling according to the characteristics of the PET film to complete the transfer.
6. If there is a problem of oil pollution, use baking paper for secondary hot pressing (120-160°C, 5-10 seconds).

Note: DTF hot melt powder needs to be stored in a cool and dry environment to prevent moisture and agglomeration from affecting the use effect.

• It is strictly forbidden to inhale or contact TPU powder and curing fumes to avoid health hazards.
• Only operate in professional commercial environments, and must be equipped with a complete ventilation system and fume extraction device.
• When operating, you must wear a full set of protective equipment, including protective clothing, N95 masks, protective glasses and protective gloves.
• Operate powder away from the printing equipment. This prevents powder from entering the equipment and causing damage not warranted.
• After operation, wash your hands and all surfaces that have come into contact with powder thoroughly with soapy water.
• Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place in a sealed container, away from moisture and fire.
