Equipped with 4 Epson i3200 Printheads
The i3200 printhead has 3200 nozzles, a resolution of up to 600dpi/color, and can achieve up to 4 colors of output. Therefore, it can print high-definition, high-color saturation images, and print at a very fast speed.
LeadShine Motor
The LeadShine integrated servo motor ensures printing stability and precise ink dot placement. A stepper motor is used for paper feeding, providing consistent and stable paper feed, which also enhances printing accuracy.
Automatic White Ink Circulation
The printer has an independent power supply and control circuit board. They let the white ink circulate when the machine is off. This feature stops the white ink from settling and clogging. It makes the nozzle last longer and cuts maintenance costs.
Ink Pad Display
Our DTF printer is equipped with four ink pads, each of which is independently controlled to ensure stable ink supply and higher printing quality.

The machine can physically use third-party inks, powder, film, and cleaning solutions, and we do not strictly force you to use only our consumables.
However, we want to be fully transparent: if a problem is caused by a third-party consumable, it would not be reasonable to ask us to provide free technical support or cover it under warranty.
Colour performance also relies heavily on ICC profiles, and our profiles are custom-built around our complete system – printer, printhead, ink, powder, and film together. Using a different brand of ink means we cannot verify its chemical stability, colour accuracy, or compatibility with our system.
To put it in perspective: one Epson i1600-A1 printhead costs around USD 450–480, while the ink cost per T-shirt is extremely small. Saving a little on ink is rarely worth the risk of nozzle clogging, colour deviation, printhead damage, or production downtime.
