What is the Grey Scale?

The Grey Scale is a globally accepted standard for assessing colour change and staining after washing, rubbing, sunlight exposure, or perspiration.
It helps evaluate both colour durability on the fabric itself and the colour transfer to other fabrics.

Rating Scale: Grade 5 (Best) ➡️ Grade 1 (Worst)

How to Use

First print the pattern on the DTF film.
Add DTF transfer powder and evenly cover the print.
Shake off the excess powder
Set the temperature to 110-130°C and heat activate the powder on the film first.
Set the heat press to 120-160°C for 8-15 seconds.
The DTF transferred print can be used or left for as long as it is new.

Notes for DTF hot melt powder

The operation must be carried out in a well-ventilated environment, and protective equipment such as N95 masks, goggles, full-body protective clothing, etc. should be worn according to personal conditions.
DTF powder is used in conjunction with DTF film and DTF ink for better transfer effect.
It is recommended to store in the original packaging in a dry, cool, well-ventilated environment.
