What is the Grey Scale?

Instructions for use
- Print the pattern onto the PET film.
- Apply the DTF adhesive powder evenly and shake off any excess.
- Heat cure (110-130°C) to heat activate the powder.
- Press at 120-160°C for 8-15 seconds to transfer the pattern.
WARNING: Safety Tips to Remember When Using DTF Powder
- The operation must be in a well-ventilated area. Wear personal protective equipment, like full-body suits, N95 masks, goggles, and gloves.
- Avoid applying the powder directly to the printer’s platen during operation.
- Be careful to avoid inhaling or swallowing TPU powder and its curing fumes, which may cause serious health effects.
- After the operation, you must wash your hands with soap and water. Also, clean any surfaces that may have touched the powder.
- Store DTF adhesive powder in a sealed container. Keep it in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid humid areas and fire sources.
