Traditionele DTF-printers kunnen kleurrijke ontwerpen voor shirts maken omdat ze compatibel zijn met witte inkt. Het werkt goed met bijna alle soorten stoffen, maar niet met harde materialen, waar UV DTF-printers van pas komen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DTF en UV-druk verschillen in hun processen, materialen en kosten. Een DTF-printer gebruikt inkjettechnologie, net als andere digitale printmethoden. Maar DTF-printen is populairder omdat het veelzijdig en goedkoop is.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionele DTF is geschikt voor zachte ondergronden zoals t-shirts. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dtflinko.com\/nl\/dtg-vs-dtf-welke-printtechniek-past-het-beste-bij-jouw-behoeften\/\">In tegenstelling tot DTG-printen<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dtflinko.com\/nl\/dtf-afdrukken-vs-sublimatie-afdrukken\/\">sublimatie<\/a>DTF-bedrukking werkt op de meeste soorten stof. Het werkt ook op verschillende gekleurde shirts via warmte.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nieuwe methoden komen op in verhouding tot de groei van de markt, als gevolg van de principes van DTF-printen. De traditionele DTF-printmethode blijft echter onverminderd levendig. In 2022 zal de wereldwijde markt voor digitaal textiel bedrukken 2,6 miljard dollar bedragen. Volgens Alibaba neemt DTF-printen 67% van dit wereldwijde cijfer in beslag.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-41987987\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1025182682\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_UV_DTF_Printing\"><\/span>Wat is UV DTF afdrukken?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dtflinko.com\/nl\/wat-is-uv-dtf-printer\/\">UV DTF afdrukken<\/a> is een nieuwe printmethode die is gebaseerd op de principes van DTF-printen. Het maakt gebruik van ultraviolet uithardende technologie om ontwerpen over te brengen op harde substraten. Maar in plaats van pigmentinkt te gebruiken zoals bij DTF, wordt bij UV-printen UV-uithardende inkt op een transferfolie aangebracht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UV-printen is een subtype van DTF-printen, hoewel het verschilt van traditionele DTF. Een belangrijk verschil is de manier waarop ontwerpen op een materiaal worden overgebracht. Bij UV-druk wordt geen warmte www gebruikt, maar wordt het ontwerp met de hand van de folie op het materiaal gedrukt om de afbeelding te plakken. De ontwerpen komen in de vorm van stickers. Beide afdrukken worden gemaakt op speciale transferfolies, maar het proces en de toepassing verschillen. Hier zie je hoe ze te vergelijken zijn:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Benodigdheden en apparatuur<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Om een van de twee te doen, moet je specifieke benodigdheden kopen die niet uitwisselbaar zijn. Hier is een lijst van wat je nodig hebt:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Printer Machine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij traditioneel DTF-printen kan een gewone inkjetprinter de klus klaren. Je hebt echter nog steeds de keuze uit een geavanceerdere en ge\u00efntegreerde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dtflinko.com\/nl\/afdrukken\/dtf-printers\/\">DTF-printer<\/a>. Toch komt het erop neer dat de DTF printer betaalbaarder is dan andere methoden. Je kunt beginnen met het printen van je ontwerp met een inkjetprinter met zes inkttanks om de witte inkt in op te slaan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit is niet het geval bij UV-printen. De <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dtflinko.com\/nl\/afdrukken\/uv\/\">UV DTF-printer<\/a> is specifiek een digitale UV-flatbedprinter. De printer inkt het ontwerppatroon zodra de film op de flatbed ligt. De UV-link hardt onmiddellijk uit als er een UV-lamp overheen gaat. In tegenstelling tot traditionele printers wordt een UV-printer vaker gebruikt om op harde materialen te printen.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Overdrachtsfilm<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het belangrijkste verschil in het gebruik van transferfolie is dat je voor UV-printen twee verschillende folies nodig hebt. De eerste is de A-film, een zelfklevende PET-transferfolie. De B film wordt dan gelamineerd met de A film om de ontwerpstickers te maken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij DTF-printen wordt echter maar \u00e9\u00e9n transferfolie gebruikt. In tegenstelling tot gewone PET-folie, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dtflinko.com\/nl\/afdrukken\/dtf-film\/\">DTF transferfilms<\/a> hebben een inktabsorberende coating. Daarom hebben DTF-folies een matte matte afwerking in plaats van een transparante.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Inkt<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traditioneel DTF-printen maakt gebruik van pigmentinkt die compatibel is met inkjetprinters. Deze inkten zijn er in cyaan, geel, magenta, zwart en basiswit. Onder de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dtflinko.com\/nl\/printerproduct\/dtf-inkt\/\">DTF inkten<\/a> De witte inkt wordt geleverd door Linko en heeft een uitstekende zuiverheid. De grondstoffen voor de inkt komen van dezelfde leverancier als Epson inkt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UV-printers hebben UV-inkt nodig. Deze UV-uithardende inkten hebben verschillende categorie\u00ebn, afhankelijk van de toepassing. UV-inkten kunnen zachte, harde of flexibele inkten zijn. Zachte inkten zijn voor delicatere substraten zoals siliconen telefoonhoesjes. De harde UV-inkt is van toepassing op hardhout, metaal of glazen materialen. Flexibele inkten worden vaak gebruikt voor leren canvas.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Lamineermachine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij UV DTF-druk wordt een lamineermachine gebruikt om folie A en B aan elkaar te plakken. Nadat de transferfolie (A) bedrukt is, wordt de PET-folie (B) erop geplakt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De lamineermachine doet zijn werk met gemak. Hoewel het handmatig aan elkaar plakken van de twee folies ook werkt als je geen lamineermachine hebt.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Hardingsoven<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor traditioneel DTF-printen is geen lamineermachine nodig, maar wel een uithardingsoven. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nadat de DTF transferfolie is geprint en gepoederd, gaat het door een oven om het kleefpoeder uit te harden. Je kunt ook de hittepers gebruiken als alternatief voor de uithardingsoven.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Plakpoeder<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het kleefpoeder is ook exclusief voor DTF printing. Het is een uniek poeder dat gelijkmatig wordt aangebracht op de nieuw bedrukte transferfolies. Dit poeder helpt de inkt aan het kledingstuk te hechten zodra het door hitte wordt geperst.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Proces<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het proces voor DTF en UV DTF afdrukken is ook heel verschillend. Afgezien van het afdrukken op een film, verschillen de opeenvolgende processen in veel opzichten. Met RIP-software kun je je eigen ontwerpidee\u00ebn cre\u00ebren. DTF printing dankt zijn flexibiliteit aan de vrijheid van ontwerpen die je kunt maken. Het werkt met witte inkt en vele kleuren, dus je ontwerp kan vari\u00ebren van eenvoudig tot complex.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Afdrukken op transferfolie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Zodra het ontwerp helemaal klaar is, kun je je transferfolie laden en erop afdrukken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Poederen van de transferfolie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Je moet het kleefpoeder aanbrengen terwijl de inkt nog nat is. Hierdoor hecht de inkt sterker aan de shirts en is de transfer duurzaam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Het uitharden van het kleefpoeder.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Na het aanbrengen moet je het lijmpoeder uitharden. Je kunt het lijmpoeder smelten met behulp van een droogoven of een warmtebron.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Het overhemd voorpersen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Hierbij wordt het shirt twee tot vijf seconden met hitte geperst. Hierdoor wordt het drukoppervlak van het shirt vlakker en worden vochtsporen verwijderd.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>overbrengen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Druk je ontwerp 15 tot 20 seconden op het shirt bij ongeveer 170 graden Celsius. Hierdoor smelt en hecht de inkt op het kledingstuk.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Schil<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Zodra het ontwerp is gedrukt, verwijder je de transferfolie en gooi je hem weg. Transferfolies zijn voor eenmalig gebruik en worden niet meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n keer bedrukt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>UV DTF afdrukken<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4596\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dtflinko.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Introduction-to-UV-DTF-process-543x600.webp\" alt=\"Inleiding tot het UV DTF-proces\" width=\"543\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het ontwerp voorbereiden. Je kunt RIP-software gebruiken om eenvoudige tot ingewikkelde ontwerpen te maken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het ontwerp afdrukken. Druk je ontwerp af met een UV flatbed printer. Druk eerst witte inkt af en daarna gekleurde inkt en vernis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lamineren. Lamineer transferfolie A en B met een lamineermachine. Je kunt lamineren ook handmatig doen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het ontwerp uitsnijden. Je kunt je ontwerp handmatig of machinaal uitsnijden. Let op de afmetingen van het substraat waarop je gaat printen. Zorg ervoor dat de uitsnede goed op het materiaal ligt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De sticker aandrukken. Verwijder eerst de beschermfolie van de sticker. Druk de sticker met je vinger op de ondergrond totdat het ontwerp erop geplakt is.
