Het geprinte eindproduct heeft fijne horizontale witte strepen op het oppervlak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reparatiemethode:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Controleer eerst of de inktbuizen verbogen zijn en of de inktpatronen voldoende inkt bevatten. Draai de doppen van de inktpatronen niet te vast aan. Als er witte strepen zichtbaar zijn, schud dan de witte inktpatroon om de inkt gelijkmatig te mengen en controleer of de witte inkt goed circuleert.<\/li>\n<li>Selecteer &#039;reiniging&#039; in de software en neem een video op van het reinigingsproces (bij deze stap wordt de hoogte van het afdekstation en de wisser gecontroleerd). Controleer de instellingen van de reinigingsparameters.<\/li>\n<li>Schakel de printer uit en gebruik vervolgens een spuit om inkt uit de inktzak te zuigen om er zeker van te zijn dat er geen luchtbellen meer in de inktbuizen zitten. Als een specifieke kleurenteststrook onderbroken lijnen vertoont, verwissel dan de inktzakken om te bepalen of het probleem bij de inktzak ligt en vervang deze indien nodig.<\/li>\n<li>Controleer tijdens het reinigen of de inktpomp functioneert. Als de inktpomp niet werkt, moet deze worden vervangen.<\/li>\n<li>Als er tijdens de spuitmondtest geen inkt uitkomt, controleer dan of de twee slangetjes onder het inktkussen goed zijn aangesloten en of het inktkussen is uitgelijnd met de printkop. Controleer of de printkop correct is ge\u00efnstalleerd en of de schroeven van de printkop goed zijn vastgedraaid.<\/li>\n<li>Als de onderbroken lijnen op de teststrip niet ernstig zijn, voer dan eerst 2-3 keer een normale reiniging uit in de software. Als de lijnen dan nog steeds onderbroken zijn, laat u het inktkussen 10-15 minuten weken in blauwe (DTF) reinigingsvloeistof of roze (UV) reinigingsvloeistof, en reinigt u het vervolgens. Laat het niet langer dan 30 minuten weken.<\/li>\n<li>Controleer of de inkt over de datum is. Als dat het geval is, moet u de inkt uit het apparaat verwijderen en het inktkanaal leegmaken.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Problem_2_Slanted_Printing\"><\/span>Probleem 2: Schuin drukken<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Symptomen:<\/strong> De teststrook vertoont schuine afdrukken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reparatiemethode:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Gebruik een pluisvrije doek gedrenkt in reinigingsvloeistof (DTF of UV DTF) om het oppervlak van de printkop en het wisserblad schoon te maken en controleer of het wisserblad vervormd is. Indien dit het geval is, moet het worden vervangen.<\/li>\n<li>Controleer op statische elektriciteit. U kunt een luchtbevochtiger toevoegen of de airconditioning aanzetten en ervoor zorgen dat het apparaat goed geaard is.<\/li>\n<li>Controleer de inkt op bezinksel, vooral de witte inkt, die goed geschud moet worden. Gebruik geen inkt waarvan de houdbaarheidsdatum is verlopen.<\/li>\n<li>Dompel het inktkussen onder in reinigingsvloeistof (DTF of UV DTF), wacht 15-20 minuten, reinig het vervolgens en print een teststrook.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Problem_3_Garbled_characters_in_print_output\"><\/span>Probleem 3: Onleesbare tekens in de afdrukuitvoer<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Symptomen:<\/strong> In de afdruk verschijnen witte vlekken of onleesbare tekens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oplossingen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Controleer of de pinnen van de printkopkabel verbogen zijn, of er gebroken soldeerverbindingen zijn of dat ze met inkt bevlekt zijn. Als een van deze problemen zich voordoet, moet de kabel worden vervangen.<\/li>\n<li>Sluit de kabel van de printkop opnieuw aan en controleer of deze correct is aangesloten (de printkop zelf kan beschadigd zijn, wat de onleesbare tekens veroorzaakt).<\/li>\n<li>Controleer of de schroeven van de printkop goed vastzitten en volledig zijn aangedraaid.<\/li>\n<li>Reinig de encoderstrip of de encodersensor. Indien beschadigd, moet deze worden vervangen.<\/li>\n<li>De printplaat of adapterkaart is mogelijk defect; nader onderzoek is nodig.
