Dit opent de deur voor kleine merken, kunstenaars en bijverdieners om professionele kleding te produceren zonder de complexe opzet of investering die je misschien zou verwachten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als je ook ge\u00efnteresseerd bent in DTG-printen, helpt het begrijpen van wat DTG betekent in printen je om dieper in te gaan op de kern van deze technologie. In plaats van papier en gewone inkt die in inkjetprinters worden gebruikt, gebruikt de DTG-printer waterige textielinkten op textiel. Bij dit proces is voorbehandeling een belangrijk onderdeel van donkere stoffen; anders kan het worden overgeslagen. Het zorgt ervoor dat de inkt goed hecht tijdens het uithardingsproces. De resulterende prints zijn gedetailleerd, hebben een hoge resolutie en zijn full colour. Ze voelen niet alleen zacht aan, maar zijn ook ademend en gaan lang mee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DTG-printen werkt echter het beste op natuurlijke stoffen. Denk hierbij aan katoen, linnen, hennep en bamboe. Daarnaast kunt u met witte basisinkten ook op donkere stoffen printen. Al met al is het een snelle printmethode zodra de printer is ingesteld. Het is het meest geschikt voor kleinschalige of print-on-demand-bestellingen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Does_DTG_Printing_Work\"><\/span>Hoe werkt DTG-printen?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De DTG-printmethode werkt vergelijkbaar met inkjetprinttechnologie. Digitale inkt wordt rechtstreeks op de stof gespoten in een gecontroleerd, stapsgewijs proces. Het is echter eenvoudig en vereist geen complexe technische kennis. Elke stap is erop gericht het shirt plat te houden, de inkt stabiel te houden en de uiteindelijke print scherp en wasbaar te houden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laten we eens dieper ingaan op de werking van de DTG-afdrukmethode, zodat u deze beter begrijpt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Stap 1: Bereid het ontwerp voor<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het proces begint met een digitaal artworkbestand, meestal gemaakt of bijgewerkt in ontwerpsoftware. Deze voorbehandeling zorgt ervoor dat DTG-inkten op waterbasis zich op het oppervlak van de vezels nestelen in plaats van erin te trekken, waardoor kleuren helderder en scherper lijken. Dit is vooral belangrijk voor donkere stoffen met witte inkt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het voorbehandelde shirt wordt vervolgens met een warmtepers of droger gedroogd, totdat het oppervlak glad en vochtvrij is.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Stap 3: Spuit de inkt<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nadat het shirt is geladen, schuift de plaat in de DTG-printer en beweegt de printkop heen en weer over het shirt. De machine spuit microscopisch kleine druppeltjes textielinkt op waterbasis rechtstreeks op de stof, in een patroon dat overeenkomt met het digitale bestand, vergelijkbaar met een inkjetprinter voor papier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op donkere kledingstukken brengt de printer meestal eerst een witte onderlaag aan om de kleuren erbovenop te laten liggen en levendiger te laten lijken.
