U kunt aangepaste kleine logo&#039;s op nylon T-shirts afdrukken of complexe patroonontwerpen op een flanellen kussensloop maken. Volg dus de stapsgewijze handleiding over hoe dit proces werkt:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Het DTF-printproces volgt de volgende belangrijke stappen:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>1- Het ontwerp maken<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het eerste proces is het maken van een digitaal ontwerp. U hebt een grafisch ontwerptool nodig die het ontwerp eenvoudiger maakt. In tegenstelling tot zeefdrukken is het niet nodig om kleuren te scheiden of afzonderlijke schermen te maken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>2- Afdrukken op film<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu begint het echte DTF-printproces. Het proces gebruikt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dtflinko.com\/nl\/afdrukken\/dtf-inkt\/\">speciale DTF-inkten<\/a>, meestal inkt op waterbasis, die het ontwerp op een unieke manier cre\u00ebert <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dtflinko.com\/nl\/afdrukken\/dtf-film\/\">PET-folie<\/a>Eerst wordt een laag witte basis aangebracht, waarna een kleurrijk ontwerp wordt toegevoegd om de heldere kleuren ook op donkere stoffen te behouden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3- Lijmtoepassing<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Terwijl de inkt nat blijft, krijgt het ontwerp een gelijkmatige laag kleefpoeder. Het poeder fungeert als een hechtmiddel en houdt het ontwerp in stand terwijl het aan de stof is bevestigd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4- Warmte-uitharding<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De film met het gepoedercoate ontwerp wordt verhit om de lijm te smelten en uit te harden, waardoor deze wordt voorbereid voor overdracht. Dit proces duurt doorgaans 2-3 minuten in een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dtflinko.com\/nl\/afdrukken\/dtf-oven-schudder\/\">droogoven<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>5- Overdrachtsproces<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu is het tijd voor het DFT-overdrachtsproces. De voorbereide film met een uitgeharde print wordt op het voorgeperste kledingstuk of een ander materiaal geplaatst. Het ontwerp wordt overgebracht met behulp van een hittepers op ongeveer 165\u00b0C gedurende 15-20 seconden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>6- Film verwijderen<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De folie wordt eraf getrokken terwijl deze nog warm is (hot peel-methode). Er blijft een zacht, duurzaam ontwerp achter dat perfect aan de stof hecht.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"DTF_vs_Other_Printing_Methods\"><\/span><b>DTF versus andere afdrukmethoden<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direct-to-film (DTF)-printen vertoont specifieke kenmerken vergeleken met bestaande printmethoden. De belangrijkste verschillen tussen DTF-printen en andere methoden hebben betrekking op kwaliteitsnormen, veelzijdigheidsopties, kostenfactoren en productieprestaties.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>DTF versus DTG-afdrukken<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DTF en Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printen leveren beide resultaten van hoge kwaliteit op. Het verschil is dat ze verschillende behoeften dienen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DTF werkt in een breder scala aan stoffen. Het omvat katoen, polyester, mengsels en zelfs donkere materialen zonder enige voorbehandeling, wat de productietijd bespaart met 30%. Het DTG-printproces toont de beste resultaten op katoenen stoffen terwijl alleen witte inkt wordt gebruikt voor de werking. DTF-inktvereisten voor wit printen zijn 40-60% lager dan DTG-printers die werken op donkere stoffen. Deze eisen doorgaans inkthoeveelheden die 200% hoger zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DTF biedt een betere waarde voor kleine zakelijke kortetermijnorders, aangezien de installatiewerkzaamheden minimaal blijven. DTG brengt doorgaans hogere initi\u00eble apparatuurkosten met zich mee, maar lagere bedrijfskosten.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>DTF versus zeefdruk<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zeefdruk is het beste voor grote orders. Het produceert kleuren die lang meegaan en er helder uitzien op donkere stoffen. U hebt echter \u00e9\u00e9n zeef nodig voor elke kleur, wat meer kost als u veel kleuren gebruikt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DTF-printen onderscheidt zich als een effici\u00ebnte technologie. Het kan gedetailleerd grafisch werk en complexe kleurovergangen zonder problemen aan. Het werkt goed voor kleine, middelgrote of grote bestellingen. DTF geeft u snelle resultaten met minder insteltijd. Zeefdrukken kost minder voor grote bestellingen, maar DTF is sneller en beter voor aangepaste items.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>DTF versus warmteoverdrachtsvinyl (HTV)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu bedienen ze verschillende printbehoeften op basis van ontwerpcomplexiteit en budget. DTF verwerkt gedetailleerde, veelkleurige ontwerpen goed. Het werkt op bijna elke stof en heeft een uitstekende wasbestendigheid. Het vereist duurdere apparatuur, maar is sneller voor grotere batches.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aan de andere kant is HTV budgetvriendelijker voor beginners. Het is perfect voor eenvoudige ontwerpen met minder kleuren. Het biedt speciale afwerkingen zoals metallic en glitteropties. Hoewel HTV ideaal is voor kleine, op maat gemaakte bestellingen, komt het niet overeen met de gedetailleerde mogelijkheden van DTF en gaat het mogelijk niet zo lang mee na herhaaldelijk
