Controleer v\u00f3\u00f3r de installatie zorgvuldig of de kogellagers aan de binnenkant intact zijn. Ga er tijdens de installatie voorzichtig mee om.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Stap 2: De nieuwe schuif en wagen installeren<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plaats de nieuwe schuifregelaar op de juiste positie en schuif hem voorzichtig naar binnen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schuif de slede terug op zijn plaats en positioneer de metalen plaat. Plaats de schroeven, maar <\/span><b>Draai ze nog niet vast.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Controleer of de richting correct is en of de metalen plaat is uitgelijnd met de voorste balk. Draai ze wederom niet direct vast; wacht tot ze op hun plaats zitten en draai ze dan diagonaal vast.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Stap 3: De riem installeren en afstellen<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plaats de transportband op zijn plek. Steek de schroeven voor de bandafstelling erin, maar draai ze nog niet vast.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stel de riemspanning af. Zorg ervoor dat het aangedreven wiel (spanrol) tijdens deze afstelling verticaal blijft.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Test de spanning door met uw vinger op de riem te drukken: deze moet direct terugveren, maar de riem zelf mag niet te los zitten.
