Produk jadi yang dicetak memiliki garis-garis putih horizontal tipis di permukaannya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metode Perbaikan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pertama, periksa apakah tabung tinta bengkok dan apakah kartrid tinta memiliki cukup tinta. Jangan terlalu mengencangkan tutup kartrid tinta. Jika ada garis putus-putus berwarna putih, kocok kartrid tinta putih untuk mencampur tinta putih secara merata, dan periksa apakah sirkulasi tinta putih berfungsi dengan baik.<\/li>\n<li>Pilih opsi pembersihan di perangkat lunak dan rekam video proses pembersihan (langkah ini memeriksa ketinggian stasiun penutup dan bilah penyeka). Jika sudah kedaluwarsa, Anda perlu membersihkan tinta dari mesin dan mengosongkan sistem jalur tinta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Problem_2_Slanted_Printing\"><\/span>Masalah 2: Pencetakan Miring<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Gejala:<\/strong> Strip uji menunjukkan cetakan yang miring.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metode Perbaikan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Gunakan kain bebas serat yang dicelupkan ke dalam cairan pembersih (DTF atau UV DTF) untuk membersihkan permukaan kepala cetak dan bilah penyeka, dan periksa apakah bilah penyeka berubah bentuk. Jika berubah bentuk, bilah tersebut perlu diganti.<\/li>\n<li>Periksa adanya listrik statis. Anda dapat menambahkan pelembap udara atau menyalakan AC, dan pastikan mesin tersebut terhubung ke ground dengan benar.<\/li>\n<li>Periksa endapan dalam tinta, terutama tinta putih, yang perlu dikocok dengan baik.
