Inhalt dieses Dokuments<\/h2>\n<p>Schwarze Bereiche im Design werden grau gedruckt, nicht dunkel genug oder mit unzureichender Deckkraft.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Ursache liegt darin, dass das Schwarz im Bild kein reines Schwarz ist. RGB 30\/30\/30 und RGB 50\/50\/50 sind Dunkelgrau, kein reines Schwarz, und der Unterschied ist auf dem Bildschirm kaum erkennbar. Tests ergaben jedoch, dass reines Schwarz und diese Dunkelgraut\u00f6ne, gedruckt auf demselben Stoff, deutlich unterschiedliche Tiefen aufwiesen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warum das f\u00fcr DTF wichtig ist:<\/strong> LINKO testete dies auf wei\u00dfem Stoff mit einem Verbrauchsmaterialsatz und einem Druckprofil. Reines Schwarz (RGB 0\/0\/0) und dunkle Graut\u00f6ne (RGB 30\/30\/30, 50\/50\/50, 80\/80\/80) wurden auf denselben Stoff gedruckt. Die Farbtiefe unterschied sich deutlich, und je h\u00f6her der Grauwert, desto grauer das Druckergebnis. Die \u00c4nderung des Schwarzwerts im Bild zu einem echten, reinen Schwarz ist daher eine wirksame L\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurzer Check:<\/strong> Klicken Sie mit dem Pipettenwerkzeug auf den schwarzen Bereich und pr\u00fcfen Sie, ob dort 0 \/ 0 \/ 0 angezeigt wird. Diese \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung ist am kosteng\u00fcnstigsten und verhindert sp\u00e4tere unn\u00f6tige Arbeit.<\/p>\n<h3>2.1 \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung mit dem Pipettenwerkzeug (Hauptpr\u00fcfung)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><b><\/b>\u00d6ffnen Sie das Bild in Photoshop und w\u00e4hlen Sie die <strong>Pipettenwerkzeug.<\/strong>(Siehe Abb. 2.1-1)<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b>In der Optionsleiste einstellen <strong>Stichprobengr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/strong> Zu <strong>3 mal 3 Durchschnitt.<\/strong> Dadurch wird ein Fehler aufgrund eines einzelnen Pixels vermieden. Dabei werden die schwarzen Bereiche auf C100 M100 Y100 K100 eingestellt, indem vier Tinten \u00fcbereinander aufgetragen werden, um ein intensiveres Schwarz zu erzielen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warum das f\u00fcr DTF wichtig ist:<\/strong> Dieses Verfahren ist f\u00fcr den traditionellen Offsetdruck konzipiert. Dort bestimmen die CMYK-Werte in der Datei direkt die Farbmenge auf der Druckplatte, ohne Zwischenberechnung. Der Designer legt also die Farbmischung fest. DTF funktioniert anders. Die RIP-Software (PrintFactory) berechnet die Farbmenge f\u00fcr jeden Kanal anhand des Druckprofils neu, und dieses Profil definiert eine Farbgrenze. Alles, was diese Grenze \u00fcberschreitet, wird automatisch abgeschnitten. Durch das Stapeln von Farbe im Bild wird dem Druckkopf daher kein zus\u00e4tzlicher Farbauftrag erteilt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LINKO-Testergebnis (zur Information)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Testbedingungen:<\/strong> wei\u00dfer Stoff, ein Verbrauchsmaterialset, ein Druckprofil<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ergebnis:<\/strong> Sattes Schwarz und reines Schwarz wiesen keinen deutlichen Unterschied auf. Einkanal-Schwarz (K100) wurde dunkler gedruckt als sattes Schwarz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Notiz:<\/strong> Dieser Test umfasste nur einen einzigen Testfall. Maschinen verwenden unterschiedliche Druckprofile. Auch Verbrauchsmaterialien und Stoff beeinflussen das Ergebnis. Betrachten Sie die obige Schlussfolgerung daher als Anhaltspunkt, nicht als allgemeing\u00fcltige Aussage. Wir ver\u00f6ffentlichen das Ergebnis, damit Sie den Test nicht selbst durchf\u00fchren m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Empfehlung:<\/strong> Die Konvertierung in CMYK und das anschlie\u00dfende F\u00fcllen mit sattem Schwarz lohnt sich nicht. Die RGB-Werte wie in Kapitel 3 beschrieben auf 0\/0\/0 zu setzen, ist einfacher und erledigt dasselbe in einem Schritt.<\/p>\n<p>Sie k\u00f6nnen dies bei Bedarf auf Ihrem eigenen Rechner und mit Ihren eigenen Verbrauchsmaterialien \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Die Konvertierung in CMYK ist nicht r\u00fcckg\u00e4ngig zu machen, bewahren Sie daher unbedingt die Originaldatei auf. Um CMYK beizubehalten, verwenden Sie TIFF, PSD oder PDF. PNG wird nicht f\u00fcr die Beibehaltung von CMYK verwendet, und JPG ist kein Druckformat f\u00fcr LINKO DTF.
